If we look slow and act like we don't really know whats going on i bet we can get by without being crushed.

Love the idea of the spec cage, dont love the idea of them deciding that is the vehicle they want to crush.

If it werent for that rule, it would be awesome.

If you want a Miata AlanB owns two that could be put together to make a roller. One has a Spec Miata cage in it I think. I call dibbs on the delrin bushings before you guys hack them up.

No it doesn't have to have a title.

    I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier ...

I just spoke to my dad and he said he might have a old Nissan or a Taurus Wagon that runs. Paperwork would be the question. Since these are usually abandoned vehicles, there would be no title. Do we have to use titled vehicles?

Either way, he's going to see what he has and get back to me.

Miata's keep getting people's cursed. I dont want that at all. The other wouldn't be bad if it were not 1000 miles away, lol. There is a 500 or less dollar car right here and I'm gonna find it!

Have you guys looked at the GRM forums http://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/ ? They have lots of low-buck cars and parts folks are offering for the $200X Challenge.

Just spoke to Mr. Brown. He doesn't have anything that fits what we are looking for. Sounds like he is more in the business of finding older cars and combining a few of them to make one driver. The search continues.

BTW Sean ... Kakki just dropped by and told me you guys were acquaintances. Mr. Brown is her husband. Small world.

Rick Brown is the contact if someone wants to talk to him. Two66-five920. The warehouse is in Ensley ... 2716 Ave. E. (the old bowling alley I'm told).
