Another feeler.

Call this a feeler. Call it what you will. I want to run one of these in the worst way. Anyone else out there that would like to talk seriously about putting a car together for this September? I have no idea what it would take to do this. Not the first little clue! But I do know it looks like a WHOLE lot of FUN.

i've got a seat available. it's a preproduction evo II. it's identicle to a regular seat except it doesn't say evo II. it's about 1-2" to narrow for me. make me an offer.

I'm pretty sure Pop has a vector graphic of the M, he made one to use on the center caps of his Miata.

You incorporate that M into a Euro style stripe over the whole left or right top of the car. That might look really good. Just wish the thing wasn't black.

Is that a Mazda Racing thing? I'm not really a fan of the offset stripes, but if there is a historical piece then I could be persuaded. If we are considering painting the entire car, I'd say go with a 787B scheme ... lol.

Honestly though, it would be better to not paint the entire car just for the sake of avoiding extra BS points.

Thanks for the offer Evan. It might be really cool to be able to at least use your Start to get the door bars in the right place and as a place holder until I can find something.

I'm heading over to Atlanta on the 13th and if the link that John sent about the Ultra Shield is still available I'm going to see if I can stop by and try it out.

black is easy to get rid of when it comes to paint.

I'm not using my momo start right now, just no peeing in it over the 24 hours. Well, no peeing in it period. I also have a worn out recardo that might fit you better but it's out of date if that matters.

I don't mind the old school M, and that would actually be really easy to make a stencil for. Maybe get some extra good points for going oldschool with the logo. If you don't want to put it on the hood I could do the roof with that logo.

Whatever, just let me know when you guys get the car to a point where it is ready for paint.
