i gave out at least 100 cards today at IFO and am burnt to a crisp because of it, I know no one will believe it but my car was actually CLEAN, I entered it in the show and got alot of attention, no show trophies for ALSCCA though LOL.
Bravo! Yea! Thats getting our name out there!
Good show. Good work!
there is a place called signgraphics in columbiana that we use for the drag car but i dont have time to drive out there. PM me darryl with whoever you use please
ill put some scca stickers on the car and advertise, i just need some stickers/flyers with dates of the events on them etc... also i dont mind rocking permanent numbers cause my paint sucks anyway, after the last event i was peeling the tape off and a big chunk of paint peeled off with it

Nope. Tires were fine. Most of CSP ran in the rain, Darryl and Alan decided after one run in the rain to wait for when it was dry in the afternoon to complete their timed runs.
That would be fun! When I was leaving your house yesterday, Matt, I took a picture because I thought the car mixture was funny. But what if it was bigger, and at a park or some other public place? And we all had our numbers on? That would attract a lot of attention. We could hand out our autox schedules and maybe some info on the SCCA...
On a Saturday with nice weather, we could make stops at a couple/few local parks with schedules/promo materials in hand. We park as a group, slap on our magnetic race numbers, stage our car to show off our mods and see who takes the bait.
While waiting, we could picnic, play frisbee/hackeysack/football/whatever, then after an hour or so we take the numbers off, pack up, and find the twistiest possible route to the next park on our list.
This would be great if we could have both stock class and ridiculously modified racers in each group to show how little or how much you can do to your race car.
I really like this idea. Maybe a once-a-month thing in different parts of town? Caravan to a park, have some grub, throw a Frisbee and them move along.
