I second that! I enjoyed the honor of being worker chief, it was a good way for me to meet everyone and I look forward to doing it again. I also enjoyed working with T@S, and Jamie did a great job providing a leisurely day of fun. Thanks for the tips that everyone shared with me and....

Thanks Ricky for SCARING THE SHIT OUGHTA ME in my own car!

Gorgeous weather, nice people, and a crazy course design by the Yoder himself...what more can you ask for?

I am already ready for the next event!

      Amen, Ricky!

Jamie did an awesome job of having a good plan, going off-plan as circumstances called for it, and keeping everything flowing smoothly the whole time. He kept all the plates spinning just right! It was a beautiful day, and I enjoyed being a "worker bee" for the whole thing.

Working waivers for the morning, I signed in several people who said they were there for the first time, some driving, some just to check things out. So folks are doing a great job of spreading the word and getting people to actually make the trip and see what's going on. I think I can safely say we have picked up at least one new Solo II addict in the form of Sean's friend from the British Motoring Club (Diana).

It was great to see everybody. If today is any indication, we are in for another great year!

two then, cause Ryan in the Mustang GT, is also addicted, even if Yoder gave him the wrong way on the (originally 2nd) optional slalom.

Ervin, I worked that slalom leading into the sweeper in the 3rd group. You are correct sir! Going to the high side of the first cone was definitely slower.

I agree. I made up some time after I got my line through there right. I went WOT for a while before braking for the jog in to the uphill section.

I had an awesome time, First event and it will not be my last. Thanks for everyone who took the time to help me and show me the ropes. And thank you to C and his fiance ( sorry I am horrible with names) for taking time out of your day to answer my questions.

Wow, so Ervin and Chris are both wrong about the second slalom before the sweeper. Maybe that's why Chris is changing classes and Ervin got waxed by Matt? Food for thought .

What's it like to live in your own little deluded, demented version of reality? I mean, I live in my own version of that obviously. I'm just curious how yours can be so wrong and mine is so right?

You're both young and wrong. You're so wrong in fact that even if you were close to right you would still be wrong. I was tempted to use wronger, but that's a word that you would more than likely use and I just couldn't bring myself to go there.
