Hey John. This is my first year joining SCCA but I have run events off and on since '03. Rule b says 2 years competition experience... I was told I had to have 2 years of SCCA memberships under my belt in order to get an annual tech. Since I am a member, have at least 2 years experience and have numbers, would I be able to get one? I'll hit you up today some time.

No- sold it. After taking 8h to replace a hose clamp I realized it wasn't a car I wanted to work on.Originally posted by wangan_x View Postno more MR?

I am never one to turn down a ride along! Some of the most fun I have had on a race course has been from the passenger seat.Originally posted by HPEVOX View Post
And if you don't want to come drive you can ride with me anytime the passenger seat is open!

I am fairly new to the area and want to get involved in solo racing. I hope once I get my house purchased I can bring over some of my tools and participate/volunteer. I have already met a few “car guys” in the area that participate in some of these events and I would love to get involved myself.

Come drive, you will wish you had as you pull out of the parking lot.

Sounds great, registerd and ready to go. Are staring any earlier saturday to be done by 3?Originally posted by kilgojr View PostTo put an end to all the discussions and rumors.......
We will be utilizing the parking lot as normal during our upcoming weekend. We will be leaving a slightly larger parking area for the patrons that come to the early showing of the circus, however we will be using the large lot for the course, the grid will be normal, and the VIP lot will be the Paddock.
We will shoot to be finishing up runs around 3:00 or 3:30 and be completely broken down soon after that.
Don't forget that Sunday will start earlier then normal with first car on course at 9:00 am.
