Anyone know the suggested way to route fuel lines for an SCCA legal car? the Beetle won't be legal for TT due to the cage and some other things, but I still like to take ideas where I can.
I was planning to run the new lines where the stock ones are, through the center tube. But, it's sealed and will be a pain to fish lines through, plus the lines would just be loose and moving around in there ... not ideal.
There is a channel that runs along the side of the pan on both sides of the floor pan. I was thinking of running the lines there on the underside of the car. I could also run them through the cabin in the same way as the brake lines (along the ende of the center channel) or maybe event through the unused heater channels.
The lines are 5/32 nylon fuel lines if that matters.
