yeah Matt WTF....LOL. I got her on the correct side of the fenders now . Just doing some modifications to the intake and supercharger right now before I reinstall that stuff. Hopefully he will see life soon. I am tired of driving my elephant of a truck everday ....miss my satelite radio the most and too lazy to install a sirius dock in the truck .LOL
A little later I am going to post a pic of a throttle body I am contemplating putting on . I bought it sheerly because it was going to a cheap price not realizing just how BIGGGG 100mm was untill I opened the box OMG. I am not sure if I want to use this afterall but i wanted to get some of you tuners opinions on how it may affect throttle response and recomendations on how far from the supercharger inlet is just too far .Last edited by zukitek; 06-10-2012, 10:02 AM.Ricky R

Being FI it will likely not be an issue. You might only use like 85% of the flow, so the top 15% of the pedal would be useless ... but would you notice after a few days? Probably not. But, with the SC forcing the air in to the intake you should make up the velocity loss there.
And I was kidding man ... I know this one will stay together.Matt W.

Agreed. You also have to consider that the stock manifold can only flow so much air. The question is, have you maxed out that flow potential by running the supercharger? If so, then the larger TB really won't make a difference. If not, then the larger TB could help. I don't see a real downside since you're using the TB with a supercharger which will likely be pushing enough air for it to not be detrimental like Matt said. But lastly, I would like to add the following below.....Originally posted by TouringBubble View PostBeing FI it will likely not be an issue.
