R-comps are for losers. Most of the cool kids are in SM and SM2, but the coolest ones are using slicks and towing their race-only cars to events.

BTW, who knows a good body shop in the Anniston area? I'd like to make the ol' GT look like a car, again.

There are no good shops in Anniston, except for my boy Cee Dub over off 82. He just bought a new set of hammers and some fresh Bondo, so he can hook you up. He's got some tarps in his yard that make for a sweet paint booth.

Or, if you are a big baller, you need to hit up UAB over in Atlanta. They 100% work on the hottest imports in the world! Check this out ...

Guys, I've got a set of forged wheels that are curbed really bad. Once also has a small crack in the barrel from hitting a pothole when I got a flat tire. What can I do to fix it?

I'm pretty sure jbweld will work. I've done it before on my old 4 piece wheels when I tried putting in a full metal valve stem. You should probably clean it with alcohol first thoug, it promotes adhesion.

(you have to pose a new question or the game stops ...)

I'm looking for some comfortable tires to replace my worn out stock tires. This is for a Odyssey minivan and the noise level and comfort are important to me, as well as the mileage I will get out of them. Can you help?

Ok my question. I'm a chick right and I'm looking for a good chick car. I notice that some things come in male and female like bicycles and shoes and stuff. So my question is are there cars made just for chicks???????

Definitely ... here is a good list to start with ...

Any Volkswagen product. The seat adjustments and bolstering were designed specifically for women. If you are a particually "bitchy" woman, go for the Passat.

BMW Z3. This is apparently the best car for any businesswoman in her 40's to own.

Mazda Miata. Don't be fooled by all of the middle aged bald guys driving these. Mazda's initial press release specifically stated that this car was ergonomically designed for women. But, these are also slow and handle like poo.

Ford Mustang (V6 mdel). This is a great "starter" vehicle for any independent woman. These are great for "Sweet 16" presents as well as divorcees. There is also the option for green paint and pink stripes for a limited time only!

              -----------------

Can anyone tell me if the recommended 40k mile service from the dealer is worth it?

To add to the girl car line up, get a tiburon. for real. just make sure you are no taller than 5'6''.

The 40k service depends on which car you're taking. I honestly prefer to let my local indie shop do the job, since they charge the same and take twice as long, I know they're doing a better job. That being said, if you like to get dirty, you can probably pick up all the stuff you need from the dealership, and do it yourself, I'm sure someone's posted a DIY for the 40k, with pictures and everything.

Out of curiosity, Should I replace the oil drain bolt after every oil change? I think it's one of those stretch bolts that once you use it once, you can never use it again.

That replacing the drain bolt is just a way to get you to spend more money at the stealership. i just stuff an old rag in there, problem solved and so much easier to remove the next oil change.

Ok I was thinking about getting a new visor C.D. holder. An suggestions?

yeah, you should definitely replace the oil drain plug every oil change. you should go with arp fittings, they are the best.

by the way, i really want to get that carbon fiber look for hood, i have $100 to spend, what hood should i go with?

Defiantly! Make sure to tell the dealer you nothing of cars and you need the works!

because you're a girl i'll let you in on a secret....you don't need a cd visor case. you should invest in a brand new ipod touch. you can put all your music on that and you won't need cd's anymore. you'll need to get a new head unit that allows you to plug your ipod directly in to it and control it at the same time. Alpine makes the best head units. You should also replace your factory speakers, they are garbage. You should get some MB quartz speakers with seperate tweeters for the front and rear. You'll need a amp to power these speakers properly. You should also get a subwoofer. JL audio is the best. No one else makes decent stuff. You should get a 13w7, its the best. You need another 1000w amp to power it. Hope that helps.

You need to oil them regularly, and it's kinda dumb to waste money on the brand name stuff, I just use PAM cooking spray.

Dude, I thought you knew what you were talking about. With that setup she'll definitely need at least a 1 farad capaciter and an optima battery. It probably wouldn't hurt to add an additional battery to keep the system from robbing power from other consumers. Of course, she'll also need to have a custom built 250 amp alternator built to produce enough current. Also she'll probably need to add a 175 wet shot of nos to make up for the parasitic loss from the alternator plus the extra weight of the system. That should solve her problem so she doesn't have to worry about cds falling from the visor.

I really want some HIDs for my fog lights. I found a set on ebay for $49 with lifetime warranty. I also saw a set from APC for $249. Which ones should I get. Someone told me to just color the bulbs with a blue sharpie and no one would know the difference. Will that really make them brighter?

[Edit] Does anyone know if the APC HIDs come with a sticker? If so, they're totally worth it! [/Edit]

Dudeman, totally get the lights with the sticker, you'll add 5 hp. AND if you get HID lights, you have to get STREETGLOW too. You can get undercar kit lights, a strobe light for your dome light, and you can coordinate it all with the BASS in your car!! SWEET!!! I'd totally come to a party around your car. Make sure to get the streetglow lights in blue or red, the cops love it when you match them.

My spoiler on my Celica has gotten scratched. I'm hoping this will buff out, or maybe I can match the paint, does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about either of these? It's a pretty noticeable scratch, I don't want to drive around with a beat-up looking spoiler anymore!
