Looks like I'll actually be in town next weekend. Just curious if there is need for any instructors for the event?

Question: this is my first time to have a car that already has a current logbook. Does the car itself have to be tech inspected or do I just take my helmet & logbook to registration? The supps mention having a tech sheet on your windshield for roaming inspectors...

That's what I thought, but the talk of roaming tech and a tech sheet on motorsportsreg had me confused. thanks!

The car and I are both ready to go. Is it friday yet?

I had a good time. Thanks to the drivers who put on a good (and clean!) show for us workers this weekend, and thanks to those drivers who hung around to work a corner for a few minutes while we got to play around. Could we have had better weather?!

Great time at the track! Thanks to all who worked, especially the weather steward!

Congrats to Scott Sipler, Ted Theodore and TJ Theodore on the top 3 positions in Sunday's Runoff Roulette. Scott got within .010 seconds of his best Saturday lap and Ted was only .016 seconds off his best Saturday lap. Consistency pays, great job!

Also, there was an unclaimed gray fabric folding chair on Sunday. Turns out that was Pat Johnson's and I was supposed to get it, anyone know where it ended up?

Pat will be in touch about the Miata seat, now you've got a bargaining chip!

Just wanted to send a warm thank you to the hospitality we received from the AL/TVR folks while we were at TGPR. The family thoroughly enjoyed working with you folks.

We hope that we helped out and maintained your standards for Timing and Scoring, my wife Nori, my daughter Gina and myself appreciated the help of Steve Conrad and Mike Cavanaugh to get us acclimated to our first time at the TGPR track. The boys, Nick (turn 3) and Alex (turn 6) enjoyed working F&C. I even had a blast announcing...I hope the different slant on giving the paddock times was something that helped...we hope to use that format at all TT events...feedback would be appreciated.

Great job by you guys...we're happy to help out in any way we can when you need us.

I thought you did a fantastic Job announcing. The first time you said that someone went purple, I was like, wait, did I just hear that right?! I'm a huge F1 and Superbike fan, so it was welcome by me.

Thanks John...I appreciate that. Having never announced an SCCA event, I asked "can I call out times?"...seems like a no-brainer, but maybe TT needs that more than other programs...after all it's about the times right?!

We're steeped in F1 also, and funny enough, Orbits actually does display the time in purple...so it was an easy transition.

Had a lot of fun working with all of you. I look forward to much cooperation within our regions in SeDiv with these events, and we need to be more proactive in sharing ideas and things that work.

                                Cheers
