I'm currently trying to figure out if there is some way I can be there, at least for the morning... It will be a lot easier for me to come out next Spring, this Fall season was pretty hard to make it to anything (only one autox!! ugh!) Anyway, trying to work something out for Saturday, I'll be there if I can...

I think I have 2 kids from church who were in the May clinics lined up to help with setup. I told them i'd let them try the Miata if they'd help

Oh, Katie suggested that it would easily be possible for me to help in the AM and still easily make the wedding. I just have to be home by 2:00. Will that cover you Greg?

Haley Gilliam will be joining us 'til about 1 or 2 to help out. She attended one of the May clinics, driving a greenish 323 BMW.

Still waiting to confirm a couple other helpers.

Just be prepared; they may not show at all, or may not show 'til later in the day. I'll also be ready and we'll see how the day goes.

Haley has been the only commitment I could get. We have a father/son weekend going on at church that got the two guys I asked. Zac is saying the basketball workday may be over before lunch. If so, he will join us.

Most of the setup help is needed in the morning, so adding Matt, Haley, & maybe Vincent should give us a workable crew.

Sorry Greg, I'm 950mi away and according to google it's a three day walk as I have no car here. Even if I left now I wouldn't make it until Tuesday. Add a AWOL charge to that and I think I'll have to sit this one out. I look forward to the spring though, espically since I'm allergiv to the cold.
