Hit retread in the road and it shattered my plastic bumper facia. What's the rules regarding what I can replace it with. I have a 2013 Subaru BRZ, I've thought of putting the new 2017 oem facia and want to be sure that it would be legal per the rules. I'd like to do national events and not get contested.

BTW, this is one of the reasons I plan to lose the "scoop" on my mustang. I didn't give it a second thought when I bought the car 'cause I'm used to seeing them on various vintage Mustangs. Realized later it was an aftermarket edition. That means it isn't Street or Street Touring legal, even though all it does is add quite a bit of weight and some aero drag. If the @#$^ thing wasn't bolted through the hood I would have removed it months ago.Rod H

I've been meaning to encourage you to try a Tour event anyway. You're driving well and need to give it a shot. That said, I'd hate for something silly like an incorrect bumper cover be an issue for you.Originally posted by Jbailey8748 View Post
