Your Hankooks will work well there. It's a little abrasive in places but it won't trash them. I don't recommend Hoosiers at the site due to some irregularities in the pavement. It's not a high traction surface in any case so you don't really get the full benefit of R comps.

There is no excuse not to go. It's not that far and as a member of ALSCCA you should want to represent your club. If we don't participate in things like this, eventually people will lose interest. Let's keep it going.

There is NOT going to be two North v South events. What happened is that we had to reschedule our June 23rd date back in March (it somehow missed the google calendar) and the only date we had available was Sat June 30th. Unfortunately that is the same day as the TAC/TVR event they had scheduled.
It came to light a few weeks ago when TVR was looking at the calendar that our event had been moved. So instead of running the N v S event in August, on two separate weekends, it was decided that the North could move their event without too much hassle to the Sunday, July 1 and we could have the N v S like it should be, on two days in one weekend.
