What ALL has been done to your car? Besides coilovers.

I see the car got re-classed to BSP. Perhaps you can run in STR.

STR has more local competition and you can run less expensive rubber

BSP has a small turnout, if any.

I never did understand why you were running BSP, is coilovers and an intake your only mods? Swapped hood maybe?

Can two-seaters run SM? I think they fall into SSM...IF that is where this S2K goes. Like John said, this is all pointless speculation until the OP gives us every single mod on the car, including the width of the wheels and treadwidth of the tires.

I meant SM's broad category, yes it would be SSM. What does treadwidth have to do with it? I have seen NA MR2's run 275's in Stock class. Is there a new rule I was unaware of?

For it to be an STR car it can only run what, 225/x/x tires (is it different for str or is it the same for all st?)

If it has a swapped hood it can't run STR, for the record these are the limits.

STF, STC, STS, STR (AWD) – 225 mm
STX (AWD), STU (AWD) – 245 mm
                    STR (2WD) – 255 mm
                    STX (2WD) – 265 mm
                    STU (2WD) – 285 mm

Test pipe moves out of any of the ST classes, hood and *X brace moves you out of the SP, so it looks like SM or SSM in your case.

*not 100% sure on the X brace but I am on the hood.

As long as it isn't triangulated I think it is Ssm legal
