The last few years National SCCA has been "rebuilding" the ProSOLO program, during that time it was required that you have atleast 2 events during the season to do the finale. If you had only one event, you got lumped into the "one event bump class". In years past only people that were in points contention were allow to compete; this was to ensure the event didn't fill up with entries that didn't have any ProSOLO points and keep out the people in points contention.

I want to do a Pro at a Tour and the Solo2 Champs. So it looks like it's all good budget permitting.

That's because Solo I was assimilated into the Club Racing program, and became Track Trials and Hillclimb.
Whatever, indeed. I call it fun with cars.Chuck Schultz

AHHH!! I hope my clinical rotations schedule comes back to me soon! So I can plan for these!
I would love to make it to Blytheville Natl Tour, SE Divisionals (whenever that is), and maybe a ProSolo! And I requested my vacation for the weeks surrounding National Tour... So I will DEFINITELY be there. I hope we can get a good ALSCCA group going to these! These events are sooo much fun, if you have been thinking about going to a national tour or divisionals, give it a shot!! And don't "wait until you're good enough" (I've heard this sooo much!) - there is no such thing as "good enough" - just give it a shot!! I was definitely NOT good enough when I went to Dixie last year (yay for placing dfl) - but I think that nationals/ divisionals give competitiors an incentive to get better, it's just something about them that makes you think "Okay, if i really want to be compeitive in this sport, I need to start being proactive in that direction..." Anyway, I digress, but theyre fun and if you've been thinking about going to one, you definitely should! Lets get an AL group going to these!- Jordan, GS-15
