I will be there for Saturday's event in the RX7 driving in CSP Tire. Not sure if I will go to Sunday's event unless I can stay somewhere in Bham Saturday night. Gas mileage is horrible in the 7...

I may if it doesn't take forever moving my fiance's stuff into my house Saturday afternoon. Anyone know of a good place to stay up there? We have only stayed at the TownePlace Suites off of 72.

It is easier, but it's less smart. Why backtrack through the city to get back into south huntsville when you can just drive through south huntsville and get to MF? And it's not like there's traffic on 36 or 231 at 7am on a sunday. 65mph on most of 36 ain't too shabby.

I guess growing up in SE huntsville made me dislike the idea of driving around the entire city just to get to 65 when I could just hop on down 231-36 and get there faster and more efficiently.

Hell, you could just take 79 north as it turns into 231 in blountsville, and just stay on that until you get to drake. No turns, no problems.

Go anyway you'd like Michael. I'm taking the route with fewer traffic lights and speed zones.
I use to go to Huntsville on via 79. Too many speed zones and getting stuck behind slow moving vehicles for me but I did like the scenery.

The only reason I ever took 79 was when my old volvo blew the overdrive so I was stuck with a 3spd auto. I didn't much like revving it up in 3rd to cruise at 70 and return 10-11 mpg so I just took it easy. It is a much more pleasant drive though.

when you go into Axware, look under the tab of ALSCCA and there is an option to choose other regions. Go into the tab and look for TVRscca, and you can sign up for the event. Everything is the same as ours, you will just have to add their region to your garage.

I just decided at the last minute .....I am going to make the trip to Huntspatch.

I have ragged out RS3 tires and have to step to SM but I dont care.

I wish I could have been there today but I had to be in Atlanta for the SEDIV midyear meeting .
