Darryl's car is only driven about 20 miles per year, and judging from the pictures he has been posting hasn't moved under it's own power much at all in 2011, so these should last a lifetime

Considering this for the Evo. Should be fine on a 3200lb daily driver, right? Does this same trick work for wheels?

I did finally get to drive the car this weekend. After bedding in the brakes I can't tell any difference in them.

Yes, but you have to cross-drill the barrel of the wheel, not the spokes. You wouldn't want to cause structural failure, you see

Question ... Darryl, why didn't you remove some material between the studs? Too close to the center mass to matter?
