Setup Crew Sign Up Points#10 11/14/10

Points #10 is coming up and that means the Annual Charity Event.
The Bham Chapter of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses will be our guests and providing coffee and donuts for donations as well as running the fun runs for donations. There is some mention of Pizza being delivered with proceeds going toward the charity as well. Entry fee will be a flat $25.00 for all entrants and you'll get 3 timed runs for points then we'll crank up the fun run machine and all cash or goods donated will go to the Lovelady House. For those of you who want to be on the setup crew but have never done it, show up early and get a feel for what is needed. Help out where you can and learn from those who are there. These are your events, if you want them to be great, help to make them great.

Great! It's not hard at all. You have been to enough meetings that I'm sure you have it memorized. But I can send you a little check list if you want. Then all you have to do is get them all lined up on one side so if they want a ride, and you have to go ask each driver, then they can. Thanks for your help!
