well the moisture problem still exists! After it rained a couple of days ago, Brandi took it to her moms house and while going up a hill, it started sputtering again. Don't know if water is somehow getting in the gas tank, but I'm going to try to run some tests to find out.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Trace back the wiring harnesses for the ignition. Make sure you don't have water gathering in a body seam or something where the harness sits.Matt W.

k well I had a mechanic friend look at it and he determined it was the MAF. So, I guess we'll try it n find out, my debate is whether or not to get a used one. Oreilly has a remanufactured one for about $250 w/o core and Autocity (used parts) has a used one for $50. As long as the sensor is clean I would think it would be fine, especially when I could go through about 5 of them to equal the price of the remanufactured. Thanks for everyone's help.Jeremiah Hodgins

MAFs are picky about being dropped and such. They are pretty fragile. If you can test one for $50, it's worth it.Matt W.
