I went with these settings ...
Front:
-2.7º and 0 toe
Rear:
-1.3º and 0 toe
I checked the temps on Sunday and the fronts were 138º even across the board. Rears were 122º and even as well.
I think I might be running a little too much pressure up front based on wear patterns, but otherwise I'm happy with the setup. I could probably get more grip up front with around -3.0º or more camber, but this seems to be a nice balance since I do drive the car every day.
