I doubt it's the rain that's the problem. I'd assume quite a few people are looking for tickets to the game on Saturday. Or just wanting to stay home and watch it. I've highly considered it but since I haven't made a track day this year I'll be listening to the game on the radio.- Jerry Ledford

So there are people who think like me! I always listen to the game on the radio while turning wrenchesOriginally posted by Fusion Works View PostFootball? Hello, we are going to the race track. That means you can actually be a participant instead of spectating. Sure beats sitting on a couch WATCHING.Michael Elsea

Casey,
Robbie Patton is bringing a novice friend down with us who may enter on the spot if there at any openings in Novice. I know there's usually some last minute no-shows.

Couple of notes: I know everyone is worried about the weather but the track assures me everything is good to go. It looks like it will be chilly but mostly dry with a chance of showers in the afternoon. Sounds like perfect PDX weather to me. The concession stand will be closed so bring snacks. We will be off track from 12-1 for lunch. Registration/check-in will open at 7am with Drivers meeting at 7:40. See everyone in the morning!

Thanks for the update Casey. I'm already down here. Yeah, lots of rain earlier but I think that was the worst of it. Cool temps are nice ... just run some laps to dry the track and we are good to go. See you all in the morning.Tony Ewing
