Forum problems

Can someone PLEASE fix or disable picture uploads? There has been a request for PM's to be increased, any word on this? A yes or no would be fine but ignoring the request is not. Is anyone even managing the forum anymore? If you need help just ask, we are a volunteer organization after all.
