Why can't we see attachments?

little bumpage... will this have to be fixed on a post by post basis, or is the problem that once the setting is corrected, it doesn't 'grandfather' in any old attachments?

I don't have any red shoes but I checked anyway and no joy.

Have you looked under

AdminCP:
Forums & Moderators:
Forum Permissions:
Choose your attachment forum zone:
"Select which group you wish to apply the permissions to"
In that permissions page you will find "Can Download attachments" make sure it's set to yes

Also you might try turning plugins off to see if that helps. After you make a change you need to test it as a user other than an admin.
