  • Help needed in Nashville 26-28 June 2009

The HOD is fast approaching, We still need several workers, mainly F&C. If
you have a Divisional or National license and can work this event please
contact me. There is a worker incentive plan and a hotel room will be
provided for the needed workers to man the race. All workers are welcomed
but we have a cap on how many workers will receive a hotel room and the
worker incentive, So sign up soon. Worker lunches will be provided, and
there will be a Saturday Night Social with door prizes. There will be
worker track touring at lunch and after the racing ends for the day. I need
F&C workers to man the course on Friday's practice day also. Please contact
me by e-mail milesphillips@thecomfortgroup.com or by phone
256-759-2515 If would please give me your license grade so I can start
planning corner assignments I would appreciate it.
Hope to see you on track soon.

Thanks for the post - We are working the final details and with the low entry count (so Far) we are looking at $35 for working the test day (all day). For Saturday National license $35 Divisonal/Regional $25 and for Sunday National license $30Divisional/Regional $20. We hope to see more entries but at this time there are no rooms AND worker payment. We hope to see a bigger turnout for the weekend so prod the drivers that you know to sign-up.
    Thanks for your support.

Mark, are you saying that no rooms will be provided, or that you can't afford to offer both rooms and reimbursement? Your post isn't exactly clear to me.

Maybe some drivers were waiting to see how they and their cars fared this weekend at Road Atlanta and Barber, prior to committing.

Correct, we can't afford both. The signs are telling us that there will be a drop off of entrants and we are cutting to the bone. If the entrants start to appear we can make adjustments. We are juggling the best we can this year.
