I just got the following email from our friends in Atlanta. They need some help at corners and other volunteer positions for an event that's probably hurting for staff due to an odd conflict with a Solo event the same weekend. It would be great if we could show them some reciprocal support for the strong showing of volunteers we always get from Atlanta for our Club Races.

Good afternoon everyone, I trust all is well. Minus the wonderful spring pollen. On May 17 & 18, the Atlanta Region SCCA is hosting a PDX, Track Trials, Regional event. Currently we are very short staff and are in danger of not meeting the GCR requirements for this event. Please don't hesitate, come on out and enjoy the wonderful Road Atlanta and help us out. We will have a sociable on Saturday night and a 2 day PDX event. That's right, you can drive your very own car on the thrilling Road Atlanta circuit!!! Registration is open at http://www.motorsportreg.com/events/...3#.U2llP61dXlk. Morning meeting time is 7:15 am, both days at T11. So head on over and register for this suburb event and I'll see you, at the track!!!
