Quick summary of the SEDiv confab on Jekyll Island.
Special recognition at the banquet for Dave Turner, Eric Danielson, and Mark Biamonte (NCR)-and Chuck Schultz (AL) for their service to the club and the F&C specialty. Bravo chaps, and well-deserved.
Joyce Bakels and I had a productive meeting at an obscene hour on Saturday morning: Topics included passing-under-the-yellow reports, the use of lights or signaling devices at hard-to-spot corner posts, tighter radio net discipline, and the spooky ability of the Area 12 F&C DA to maintain a perpetually youthful appearance.
A number of revisions have been made to previous editions of the 2013 schedule: You are strongly encouraged to check the SEDiv website for The New Revised Standard Version.
A good time was had by all. and the only thing missing was all of y'all. The SEDiv Exec Steward was unable to cajole anyone else into serving, so I am honored to continue as your DA for another year.
