What is good for workers?

    Personally, most of my problem is my busy schedule. But if I had a choice on incentives, it would be straight cash or worker laps. Now straight cash or autocross vouchers should be up to the availability of the club, but my only problem with worker laps is that my brakes heated up very quickly so I didn't get to enjoy many laps. Now, hopefully that won't be a problem (ATE Blue), but I can convince others to help with cash much easier.

    Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
    Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how far you take the wall with you.
