Our next trade-off event for F&C at Road Atlanta is the SVRA, Atlanta Vintage Grand Prix. The schedule is posted on their Web site http://www.svra.com/SVRA/SVRAHome.ns...L?OpenDocument, just scroll down and select schedule.
Like always I expect some fantastic historic cars out there that will be a thrill to watch on track and spend some time with during the Sunday quiet time. So join us for the second best seat at the event and sign up as soon as possible.
Registration:
I will assume (I really hate doing that) registration will be as in the SVRA Schedule and be at the normal registration windows. They are showing registration open:
Friday evening until 5:00 PM
Saturday from 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM
Sunday from 8:00 AM till Noon
I plan to see them on Friday afternoon and ask if it is possible to open early Saturday morning for volunteers.
We are only working the Saturday and Sunday of the event and the schedule looks pretty good. Looking at their web site schedule we will meet at the bridge behind turn 11 at 8:30 AM on Saturday and 7:30 AM on Sunday. There will be quiet hours on Sunday and we are invited to the Social on Saturday evening after shutdown.
Sooooo rush right over to www.motorsportReg.com to register for the event.
LOOK FOR THE EVENT AS "SCCA" AND THE DATES OF OCTOBER 17 AND 18.
PS. While your out at MotorsportReg.com you can also register for the ARRC and the NASA event in December both are now open for registration.
