Help! broken endlink?

Good evening folks. I'm replacing the front swaybar on my 99 miata and the bolt on the passenger side endlink will not tighten. It went to a point and then started spinning. I assume this means the endlink is shot and needs to be replaced before using the car, correct?

Just my luck...I'm planning to use it this weekend at the TAC school.

Doh! got it thanks to a quick reply from Huntsville. who woulda thought the slightest pressure from an allen wrench could solve it so easily
