Want to by Short piece of header/muffler wrap

Greetings,
On my TR3, the exhaust pipe passes through a frame cross member and it is impossible to keep it from rattling. I need a piece of header or muffler wrap that is about 1-2" wide and 20" long. I am trying not to have to spend $40 - $50 to obtain such a small piece.
