Help Me Metric Bolts

Bought a used set of brakes, AP racing for a Mustang project. I need some bolts to fasten the brackets to the spindles.

Grade 12 M12 X 1.25 X 55mm flange head.

The factory nor any distributors will sell them.

I found some grade 8 bolts but after they factory said they use grade 12 I am afraid to use them.

Try "The Nut House" in Tarrant or go junkyarding. I've never seen a grade 12 Metric before.

Thanks Guys! McMaster has some grade 8 (10.9) bolts, The guy from AP had no comment about using grade 8, only said grade 12, which I have not seen either.

I was directed to mdmetrics also, they have not responded but seem to have many different grades, including aircraft grade.

The factory 13" brakes use 10.9 grade, could the AP 13" brakes require a grade 12.1. do we have an engineer here...LOL

Finally found them. mdmetric had the correct grade and size. Thanks to everyone for the help, I have many new places in my favorites now.

FTR,grade 8 is more than adequate ,But Im all for accuracy.Grade 12 is VERY difficult to find .Kudos for tenacity

I was beginning to wonder if that was why I got a nice price on the brakes...LOL I had a few other plans of attack to save my investment though.

Another plug for Fastenal; they didn't have the grade 12 bolts I needed in stock, but ordered them and had them in 3 days. Pretty good selection usually in stock too.
