Need a Tire Flipper

I've tried a couple close tire places and they've refused to flip my symmetrical Rivals. Anyone know of a place that would do this for me in the 280/Inverness, Hoover, Pelham area?

Oh also, any alignment shops that would be willing to loosen my front cradle and shift a bit to get maximum camber balanced on both sides of my front end? I can get -2.8 on on side and just -2.3 on the other. I am running -2.3 on both now which is not enough...

Autowhiz in Pelham or on 280 will do the tire flipping. They've done it for me before. I doubt they would do the cradle shift.
