    Transmission work?

    Okay folks...my trusty ol'Avalanche is starting to have some transmission issues. Do we have anyone that works on them or a shop you can recommend? In the Birmingham area.

    Look at the Gm certa units from the stealership. Price competitive and two year warranty (last time I looked).

      Yep. Buy a trans from the dealer. You may have to shop to find the best deal. Anyone can install it.
