need a metal fabricator

I have an audi s5 cab, looking for someone who can fabricate a trailer hitch (or modify the one i have that won't fit around the dual exhaust) for bike carrier. ALSO hoping same person can fab up something to stiffen front chassis. Any help appreciated! Wakesurfin@Gmail.com
