Okay folks...I have a line on a 94r miata, red, 101k, clean autocheck, new-ish top, looks really clean. Not sure if it still has the bilsteins & can't get a good shot of the front to see if the lip is there. Any thoughts on a good price to give for it? Folks selling it do not seem to know what they have.

The bilsteins wouldn't be the deal breaker to me if your going to autocross it. They are awful to daily drive and will need revalved for autocross. The springs on the other hand are a little stiffer so the would be nice to have. All of this assumes you are going to run ES, any other class and the R will be wasted. -
Well...I didn't get it. It was at at auction my parents went to and it had just enough small issues that it exceeded my "sight unseen" price. Primarily it was missing the front & rear lip spoilers plus would need a drivers seat soon and I would have to deal with getting rid of the luggage rack. The important R bits were all there but the price got above my "steal it" threshold, which was the only reason I wanted it
