1.6L Engine and trans for sale

1.6L long nose crank out of my 92. Engine has approximately 57,000 miles on it. Cylinder head has had a 5 angle valve job done when I had it disassembled for a timing belt after I bought the car with 42,000 miles. Water pump was replaced at the same time as well as front and rear crank seals. Good strong engine and complete including Flywheel, clutch, injectors, intake and exhaust manifolds. Does not include the throttle body or CAS since they are on my 1.8 conversion setup.

dang..that would be better then the 170k engine in the wifes car... with the tired clutch.... but I don't think I can scrape up the money... just had to have roof repairs and got some trees that need to come down..

is there actually any difference between the transmissions? 91-93 vs. 94-97. are they not interchangable?

They are interchangeable but I think the 94 and up trans had improved synchros and the main shaft is beefier to work better for the 1.8L massive power improvement.
