  • For Sale '13 Focus ST, full GS Autocross Prep

I've just purchased another Miata so the Focus ST needs to go. With fresh autocross tires It's a completely turn-key, Nationally competitive G Street package (The previous owner won GS at the 2017 Dixie National) and I've been told the 2013 is the only Focus ST for which you can readily buy aftermarket front struts, legally, for GS and this car already has them! The guy I bought it from is one of those guys you really want to buy a used car from. He had it for around 45k miles and took really good care of it. It does have a bit of body damage right behind the left rear where it was nicked in a parking lot.

    77,000 miles
    Asking $11,000

    Autocross stuff:

    -Strano 22mm rear bar
-McMaster-Carr / Steinjager spherical bearing endlinks, which are strong, work correctly, and don't bind
    -17x8 Moda MD18 wheels, +48mm offset, 255-40-17 Bridgestone RE-71R tires mounted.
-Mountune 2.5" cat back exhaust. This isn't a light exhaust by any means. But it's whisper quiet when you're just driving around town. It's also beautifully made.
-Revalved Bilstein B6 shocks and struts, non-adjustable. These were valved to be digressive, with quite a lot of low speed force in them. Dyno sheets come with the car, along with the contact info for the Bilstein guy.
    -Denso ITV-22 spark plugs
-JLT Performance inline PCV catch can, between the intake tube and the valve cover. There's rarely anything of note in it.
-Carbotech AX-6 brake pads front and rear. Currently in a box, because street driving with them is pretty miserable. I'm also not convinced they're necessary.
-Raybestos Element 3 brake pads on the car now. Surprisingly good performance, very little dust, and zero noise. I am a fan. They held up fine to two drivers on a hot day.
-Alignment set to zero toe rear, and just a shade of front toe-out.

    Non-performance modifications:

-Brand new Continental Extreme Contact Sports
-All interior bulbs upgraded to LED
    -Reverse lights upgraded to LED
-Rear turn signal bulbs upgraded to chrome-plated, to remove the "egg yolk" look, but they still light up amber. Bought from a Harley shop.
-Philips X-TremeVision low-beam, high-beam, and foglight bulbs. Great upgrade, far better than I expected.
-Center brake light painted with translucent red, so it looks like a brake light and not a reverse light
-WC Lathe Werks bespoke titanium shift knob. This was embarrassingly expensive.
-Somewhat convincing looking 3M Dinoc carbon fiber vinyl over the shift surround, and the two center vent registers. It breaks up the sea of black plastic a little, but it's easily removed if it's not your thing.
-Compact spare tire conversion. This involved acquiring the spare wheel from a Volvo S80, along with a spare set of the foam blocks for under the hatch floor. After carving 2" or so off the foam blocks, I was able to lower the cargo floor by about 2". Doesn't sound like much, but makes a nice difference to cargo capacity. The original, full size spare, and the original foam supports, come with the car.
-Hand made rubber liners for the front door storage pockets
-ProClip iPhone 6 Plus iPhone mount.
-Ambient overhead lighting added to the headliner. Complete writeup here: http://www.focusst.org/forum/focus-s...-lighting.html
-Phoenix Gold separates in front doors, powered by a tiny little Kenwood amp that fits neatly under the factory head unit.
-Legal, professionally installed 35% Llumar window tint
-ZL1 Addons stone guards front and rear
-Husky floor mats front and rear. Ford floor mats will be included with the sale.

Updated miles and lowered price to $11k. I've found a truck I want so I need to sell this pretty soon.
