89-05 Miata Control Arms w/Prothane Bushings

I've done the dirty work of removing the old rubber bushings and installing the Energy Suspension kit, all you have to do is bolt them on your car. Align and drive. Quicker response on turn in but more noise, vibration and harshness overall. Urethane usually squeaks but this kit did not. Also includes front upper control arms with Offset delrin bushings. A must for getting extra negative camber in the Miata.
