2002 Subaru Impreza WRX

Up for sale is my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX....I did this as a tribute to the Subaru World Rally Team rally car in 2002, decals are easily removed if you desire. I bought this car from a friend who wrecked it...he rear ended someone...light enough that the airbags did not deploy but The insurance company totalled it because of the cost of the parts from the dealer as no used were available. I have pictures documenting the repair...I bought an imported STI front clip from Japan which has the side marker lights and the Japanese specific HID lights and the taller STI Hood scoop. The repair included replacing the core support, radiator, hood and fenders(I own a body shop..all work was done professionally and you cannot tell it was repaired)...no frame damage was done....but the is a rebuilt salvage because the insurance company totalled it. The engine is not the stock 2.0...it has been built to a 2.5 using CP pistons, Manley rods and ACL bearings. It has an aftermarket top mount intercooler and an 18G turbocharger from BNR Supercars. It has a 4" downpipe and full exhaust. Transmission works perfectly and it has a new stage 3 clutch. I have added a factory standard WRX rear spoiler with risers to raise it up as I wanted something different than the STI version. I added an aftermarket skid plate under the engine(has access door for easy oil changes) It has new Enkei wheels and tires. I have also added Rally armor mud flaps. There has been more spent just on modifications than the price of the car...if you ever wanted to get into Rallycross or Autocross or just want a fun AWD turbo car to enjoy....this is a great jump into the Subaru world. The car is reliable with Ice cold A/C....The car shows 163K, the engine has roughly 30K on it since being built. I've driven it to Gatlinburg and drive it almost daily. I just have too many projects and need to focus on some others so it's time for someone else to enjoy this one. Having seen it RX, it is a solid car and a bargain at that price!
