Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Did I hear some gossip about Street class allowing +1/-1 inch on wheel size from 2014 forward?

I thought that was already the rule in stock classes?

Yes, in the new-for-2014 Street category you can go +/- 1 inch on wheel diameter. However width must remain the same as stock and you have the same rule for offset as Stock has always has (within 1/4" I think)

Nope, never been the case in Stock (at least during my time in autocross) and will not be the case for Stock in 2014 either.

I guess it's just that most manufacturers have a "plus one" size available.

I wish i had something these would fit.

Seriously good upgrade at 15.6 lbs. with decent tires to start next year's season.
