Mazda/honda 7" ring/pinion gear with LSD

I have for sale Factory Honda 7" rear ring/pinion gear 4.10
with factory LSD

these will be a direct replacement for honda s2000 or rx7, or may be miata?
do your research before you buy. I will not take responsibility if it doesnt fit.

All in great working condition.

I would like $300 for the LSD, pinion, and ring gear combo.
