My car hauler is finally for sale. It has served me well but I'm trying to streamline my fleet.
92 Ford E350 1 ton chassis with custom box for auto transport.
5.8l V8 gas engine with auto trans. Maintenance is easy and cheap.
50,415 miles.
Truck is reliable and well maintained. You can drive it anywhere today.
I have used it to haul my E46 BMW all over the Southeast without a problem. The custom dove-tailed rear end allows even the lowest of race cars to be loaded without removing the nose or using silly ramps.
AC powered heat and air will keep you comfortable in the paddock or overnight if you decide to utilize the cab over sleeper. All you have to do is plug in or bring a generator.
Warn winch.
New battery.
I didn't measure tread depth but tires are like new.
All fluids have been changed in the last 4k miles.
I'm asking $10,500 which is less than it cost to do the conversion.
You can hardly find a 1 ton truck with only 50k for 10 grand. It's like getting an enclosed hauler for free. I will consider trades including an open or enclosed trailer. For ALSCCA members I'm offering it for $9500.
