  • For Sale 91 Audi V8 Quattro - make offer!

I need to get rid of my Audi! I simply don't have enough room for all of my cars/projects.
My intentions were to rally-x it, but I don't have time.

    The good:
The car is a 91 Audi V8 Quattro. It is essentially a one owner (my dad was the original owner). The car has never been wrecked and has a clean title. I did a complete front engine service about 200 miles ago. (new cam belt, water pump, tensioners, idlers, etc.) The car also got a brand new radiator and hoses at this time. The AC has been retrofitted to r134. The car is completely stock and original. All lifters and one cam were replaced about 10k miles ago.

    The bad:
The car won't start. The car was driven to where it is now with no mechanical issues. It has been sitting for about 3 years. I replaced the fuel pump with a used one to move the car once and now it won't start again. I don't have any time to trouble shoot it. It has a severe power steering leak that will have to be fixed before it is driven. The left front CV joint is making some noise and should be replaced before hard use. The tires are ten years old and the right rear only holds air for a few days. The overall condition is avg for a twenty year old car, but it needs paint. The interior is aged. The cluster has pixels missing. There is no battery in the car at this time.

In good shape these cars are somewhat collectable and go for $6-8k. Cars like mine go for $2500-3500.
The car is probably worth more parted out but I don't have time to do that either. The car is too nice to scrap.

I'm asking $1600 in cash or trade. The most urgent need is for it to be moved, so I'm very flexible on price/terms. Come get it!

    Call, text, or reply. 205-812-6242.

As far as trades, I'm not really interested in another vehicle, but may consider something smaller (more garage friendly) I would be interested in 17 or 18in tires, med Hans device, nice sa 2010 helmet, BMW aero parts, NB miata parts, diapers, body work, lawn-care, firearms, electronics, pretty much anything other than a 91 Audi v8 Quattro.

FIRE SALE! FIRE SALE! FIRE SALE!

I went to move the car today and found that someone has removed all of the door panels and helped themselves to all the window motors and regulators.

You can be a good samaritan and help said person avoid prosecution by buying the car as-is.

                $800

The missing parts may or may not be included in the sale.

I want it, but I don't have the money to throw at it. I do however have the money to contribute to getting it running and putting some snow tires on it fo rthe purpose of making wonderful noises with the tiny V8 in an offroad environment.
