Wow...nice find Chuck. Comments indicate it is compatible with gopro mounts, so this could be a nice 2nd camera for someone who already has the gopro motorsports kit.

I just picked up the gopro wifi remote and it works great. It has a huge range. It also cost about 70% of what this package is selling for...which includes a remote (not wifi) and a video back.

*IF* I had the new Hero2 I think the answer would be yes. There are smartphone & tablet apps that allow streaming video. My camera is the previous model, so the wifi back is simply a remote. It allows you to power on/off the camera, change modes, and start/stop recording.

Yes, its very cool. I have watched the evolution super shootout and national tours via streaming over the internet. We broadcast at least one Atlanta event as well. Video and audio for all this stuff...

I've wanted to stream live from an event for the last 3 years. Just haven't had all the bits needed to pull it off. It can be done on a small budget and it would be a HUGE amount of fun!
