I built this harbor freight trailer only a few months ago and have taken it to road atlanta and talladega grand prix, it pulls awesome behind my car. It has 12 inch wheels, 1 7/8 ball mount, safety chains, lights, and nice lockable conti tool box. I am asking $250 with the tool box and $200 without the tool box.
