For sale is a working USB ODBII Reader based off of ELM327 V1.5a. With a computer, it can be used to pull CEL codes, reset the CEL, and monitoring of other metrics (RPMs, throttle position, etc) that vary from car to car.

I am asking 30$ plus shipping for the reader.

Don't you need some sort of software to actually use this?

Yes, software is needed as is a computer with USB. I will provide a working (demo) copy of pro scan on the 1GB USB drive for use proving the hardware does work. Since this is a USB COM port device, you may have to toggle the software's settings to the correct COM port for it to be seen.

The hardware is based of the rather common ELM 327 configuration and does work with other software.
