Trade Miata seats?

I have decided that I would rather have cloth seats over the leather that is in my car, so I would like to cook up a trade. I've got a very good set of tan leather seats in the "surfboard" style from the 01-05 model Miatas. I would trade them straight up for a set of the cloth seats from an 01-05. Of course, since the leather is more valuable than cloth, the cloth seats would need to be near excellent condition...no tears, no stains, no smoke smell.
