This is a used Undercover Tonneau Cover that was on my 2005 Ford F150 short bed (6.5 ft). It is the Undercover Class model (see http://www.undercoverinfo.com/classic.php) and comes with all hardware necessary to install it. I believe that the model number is 2070 and if may fit other years, but please check the Undercover website. In very good shape, there is one large mark on the back that is shown in the pic below. Has two locks that work and an LED light integrated into the cover.
