  • FS: STS 90 CRX Si

Hey Everyone, I'm Eric from Atlanta Region SCCA. Andrew, amaff, recommended that I post my car here to see if there was any interest in my STS 1990 CRX Si. This car has been an absolute blast to drive (especially after all of the work Toby and I did during the off season), but I'm considering moving to a different class. Here are the details on the car:

    Engine/Transmission
-Rebuilt motor (new rings, bearings, and gaskets) it has 1000 miles on it now.
-Replaced gearset and all bearings in the transmission
    -New shift linkage
    -New axels
-Built head to ST spec (Built by Heyward Wagner)
    -Greddy Header
    -AEM cold air intake
    -light weight battery
    -new timing belt
    -new water pump
    -new spark plugs
    -new radiator
    -new Thermostate
-replaced all 4 motor mounts with OEM Honda parts, and put black poly inserts in the front and rear mounts

    Suspension
-Koni shortened and race re-valved shocks, single adjustable
    -Ground Control coilovers
    -450f/550r Eibach springs
    -ST 22mm rear sway bar
-Password JDM rear shock tower bar
    -replaced rear trailing arm bushings
    -Specialty products front camber knuckles
-Some JDM rear camber arms (Bought from a fellow ARSCCA member and cannot remember the brand)
-New front lower cross member and radius rods
-15x7 Konig Next wheels with Azenis RT-615s, will also a set of RE-01Rs.

    Brakes
-Hawk HP+ pads front and rear
    -new Master Cylinder

    Interior
    -Momo race seat
    -Momo steering wheel
-Skunk2 short shifter and shift knob
    -Radio delete
-removed A/C (I have all the parts if you want them)
-Everything in the car works, including the sun roof

Feel free to ask me any questions on the car. Like I said earlier, this car is fantastic, and drives great! It would be a great STS car for anyone looking to have fun in STS. The car turns in great, and is very responsive. It usually leaves me with a smile crossing the finish line. The car won the 2008 SEDiv in STS2 and finished middle of the pack at Nationals in 2008 because my co-driver and I could not stop hitting cones. I'm considering moving to another class, and just wanted to see if there is any interest in my car. I'm asking $6000 obo in it's current state. Thanks!

Oh yeah, all the vinyl has been removed from the car.

I've driven this car, and have been battling Eric and his co-driver for the last 2 years in STS/2, and I can tell you that this thing is a properly sorted STS car. I know the amount of development that has gone into it, and this is an EXCELLENT car for anyone looking to jump into STS and be competitive right off the bat
