I've had the car since I bought it new from the dealer with 15 miles on it.

DOES NOT RUN!

Its getting juice but doesn't turn over for some reason.
I have neither the time, money, patience, or want to fix it.
If you do then pick it up for $1000.

Yep, $1000 for a great fixer upper.
May need a starter, may need an engine overhaul.
I don't know or care. In fact, if you buy it and fix it I don't even want to know what was wrong with it!
$1000 you can have it.

THIS IS NOT A SALVAGE TITLE.
Needs a thorough tune-up to get going again and you have a very drivable, solid car with cold A/C and everything.
I just don't have the want or means to do so.
