Yeah, the course there are normally 40+ seconds. They normally devided into 2 run groups, Morning and afternoon, if your class fall into morning run group then you will be done by lunch time, and if ur class fall into the afternoon group then you wont have to be there til after 12. DOWNSIDE: to that is you only get 4 runs total, UPSIDE : you will either be done early or dont have t get there til later. ALSO you can also run in the different run group for TIME ONLY runs.
